Nothing it was great
Upgraded rooms and even had balloons and extras for my partners birthday. Was clean, spacious, in a great location and amazing touches with the wine, chocolates, mini fridge drinks and snacks and balloons.
Hsk ladies very friendly. Spanish Breakfast team are very friendly, smiling and you feel a great team spirit. Very polite and helpful security team at the door. Great location. Comfortable bed.
AC was not working. No one answers the phone. No Espresso machine. Don't take a room facing the street its very noisy and the Hotel is closed to an Hospital. Courtyard room are great. Parking located 200 metres from the Hotel.
The hotel was clean and in walking distance to lots of good food, pubs, and things to do.
I didn't really care for having the employee at the door ask me if I was a guest and to give him my room number when entering. I understand it was later in the evening when this happened, but it did not make me feel welcomed in the hotel that I paid to stay in, it made me feel like I was being intrusive and was not trustworthy.
Breakfast was nice and included in the price. Location was good to get around both for shopping and sight seeing. The room was spacious (3 beds) and (mostly) very quiet. Effective air conditioning.
The mattresses in some of the beds could be changed out. Our room faced out to a yard where the city has it's garbage collecting. Created noise early in the morning.
