Awful experience because of manager...

Horrible customer service. The hotel charged my card USD 134.62 without my consent after I had already left (after I had already paid almost USD 3,000) saying breakfast was.not included for the last day of my stay. This is absurd. I explained to the manager, who was rude and said the charge was correct, but it wasn’t. This is illegal, I demand the USD 134.62 back!!

All in all we will...

I like the fact that you don’t really need to leave the resort they have plenty to do on property.

I don’t like the fact you have to pay for parking I understand valet but there should be a free closer parking area for those who choose not to use valet
