The concrete floors were a turn-off. Basic room for the price.

I liked location and facilities, the bar was very good, although thye need a better selection of cocktails.
The handles in the shower were loose and the AC in the room barely cooled the room.

That it was on the river walk and the bar on the balcony was beautiful and fun
That there wasn’t a pool and wasn’t able to check in until 3 hours after check in time due to not being ready but it wasn’t a problem there was a huge party the night before and was accommodated for the delay.

The valet parking was $96 which we thought it was expensive the bed was very hard not comfortable. When we got the hotel the valet didn’t have a cart so we cotos out out dufflebags we had to carry everything

The beds were very comfortable and the showers were nice.
I didn’t like all the traffic and the charges they have for Valet parking. I got an email stating it was $65 for the valet parking but once we checked out they let me know that the total was going to be 97.00 because they added an $18.00 fee for something that I was supposed to use as credit at the restaurant and another fee for using the facility’s. Was not aware of all of that. It takes a while before the valet brings your vehicle it’s a hassle.
