I couldn't have been happier with this hotel, and in fact we extended our stay by one day. The staff was very courteous, and the architecture of the property is extraordinary from all perspectives. Really a first class property.
Staff was upmost professional but easy going, Facilities were clean, and Food was amazing.

The hotel is extremely cold, so modern that it is dark. There is not a bit of warmth, but ok, that's the design, but the reason why I'm leaving a bad rating is that the staff is as dark as the hotel. In our 2-3 days in that hotel, no one smiled at anyone, the waitress in the cafe opposite the reception is so rude and arrogant that I wonder how someone can hire her with such an attitude. The waiters at breakfast are like robots, they act as if they will be fired if they make the wrong move, we have traveled all over the world and slept in all the hotels, but we have never seen such bad staff without any warmth. At breakfast, when I asked what the pancakes were like, the waiter replied, "I wonder not what they are like, but what they're made of", the waitress across the reception waved her keys at my head and rolled her eyes because I tried to open the door to the terrace, which she had locked. because it had rained 2 drops and she didn't feel like serving outside, so she still had to open it for me and she did it in such a rude way. Worst hotel staff ever.
We came the third time and we will come again.
The bicycles are very poor and the service of them are very bad. The management knows that (was said) and doesn't improve it :-(
