You gave me a deduction of 2,000 kr in total without informing me! It’s not appropriate at all! As long as I can recall that I said to use the dinning room, but you never give me a confirmation. Then, I actually didn’t use it, instead I found a free-of-charge alternative in Hilton. But you still deducted my money. And I never got your feedback, no phone call answered, no message replied. How can you provide services like this!
