Very handy for terminal, and a nice bathroom
Very heavy handed front of house asking us to queue in a certain spot despite one customer before us, quite insistent , unwelcoming and seemed under the direction of youngish man in suit some metres away. The bed was very uncomfortable, two big dips on each side with hump in the centre and pillows that were totally flaccid without any support, quite useless. No sleep and no support. Generally rather passe decor and only gets by given its proximity to the terminal
Fantastic location to stay for an early morning flight
Excellent staff, proximity to terminal 5
Very tired property. No attention to decorative ambiance, rooms are extremely dated, basic functions are defective - in my room all of the light switches were broken… also for £170/night I was disappointed that there wasn’t even a small complimentary bottle of water….
Room service took too long to answer the phone, I had to go to the front desk to get food to my room.
