The staff here is amazing, this is our 2nd year coming to Le Blanc. They make you feel like family.
The Bourbon selection could be better, but I go to Kentucky often and have a great selection at home.
Someone stole our iPhone from our room. It must have been a hotel employee since no one else had the key.
The best part about this hotel is the level of quality they offer in every food dish. Leblanc is a foodies paradise.
The only downside was the A/C in the rooms. It was very hot each night regardless of what the A/C was set at.
The service from the butlers
Service and food were both awesome. Hotel wasnt too noisy or overwhelmingly large
Rooms were too small and a tad ordinary.. did not feel as luxery as some other resorts in similar pricepoints
the pools and beach location are amazing, the spa services were wonderful
Here's a revised hotel review based on the information you provided: --- We recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a serene getaway given the premium we paid. To our dismay, we were ambushed with an unexpected membership presentation at check-in. After a tiring journey, the last thing we anticipated was a high-pressure sales pitch. Despite the tempting offer of a $750 spa credit and $200 hotel cash to "just listen," the experience felt more like being in a shark tank. The intensity increased with three salespeople attempting to close a deal persistently. To our astonishment, they even delved into our personal life, requiring us to state our marital status in writing. Having not even experienced the hotel's amenities, we were being pressed to invest thousands into a membership. Our vision of a peaceful stay quickly faded, replaced with feelings of being constantly observed and approached by the staff. Moreover, service inconsistencies tainted our stay further. On our second night, the restaurant was significantly understaffed, resulting in a 45-minute wait for drinks. Consequently, we missed the dinner show we had been looking forward to. Check-in itself was prolonged, taking over an hour. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a welcome screen displaying another guest's name, leading to initial confusion about room allocation. In summary, while one expects a certain level of promotion from hotels, it should never come at the cost of a guest's comfort or peace. The establishment would do well to schedule such membership pitches post-stay, allowing guests to first experience the property. This episode cast a shadow over our entire trip, making it less than memorable for all the wrong reasons.
