Missing a couple of hand towels and face clothes, coffee not great

The hairdryer was not working. I asked for a replacement hayrdryer, and I was offered to go temporarily in another room that was not occupied. There, the hairdryer was missing! I reported the issue and was not even offered a credit back.
Customer service was great!
Breakfast was aside there to do. Also it's just set time.

I like that it’s convenient and in a good spot for restaurants and activities.
It was dirty, the bedsheets, floor, and toilet were stained or had hair. I feel like the amount we paid for the night was too much considering the quality of the room. We only stayed a night so we didn’t feel like we needed to complain but it definitely wasn’t worth the price. The breakfast was also kinda mid.
Room was filthy and in extremely poor condition. There was a hole in the bathroom door that was filled in with paper, the floors were dirty (like they were never swept) both the microwave and mini fridge were dirty, there was a cobweb over the bathroom bathroom sink area and walls were damaged along with the area between the beds where there might have been a little fixture stuck to the wall. Just a horrible experience and stay. I would never recommend this place or stay here ever again!!!
