The staff were very supportive in offering another accommodation option, and we were thankful for that. It meant we had less modern accommodation and a bed up against the wall.
Very fresh morning with frost on my car's windscreen and snowy mountains in view as I walked out of my cabin.
A little expensive considering the shared bathroom, but I guess it comes with the location.
The overall room was really good. The heated blankets made all the difference and the mini kitchen was good too
Would have been nice to have a mini salt and pepper shaker for the kitchen as we ran out pretty quickly. Had a white tail at one point but otherwise was great hahaha.
The shuttle service was very convenient and making it super easy to transfer in and out of Queenstown free of charge.
It had lovely get together areas. Tidy and super lovely staff , Our son very much enjoyed the go carts
Could have done with more salad bowls and a refill of coffee ( only had one plunger supplied)
The location was really good! Also the kitchen/dining was awesome, couldnt expect more all in one place
Everything was really great! Maybe could put some signs by the front of toilets that no kids allowed to hide inside the toilets when playing hide and seek. I spent 30 minutes or more waiting for the toilets to be free because there was a kid there hiding inside as they play hide in seek.
Really liked the individual huts for our room The bathrooms were big with lots of space in the showers, and heated too which is a rarity. Short bus ride into town :)
The kitchen is nice but you have to pay to use any cooking equipment, crockery or utensils. We arrived after office hours and could not access any. Washing facilities were expensive ($6 for one cycle which is a lot more than most hostels)
