Hotel Eden

24h reception, indoor swimming pool, amazing breakfast selection

The waitress at the entrance on the breakfast was very impolite and unfriendly when she asked for our room number

Car parking in front if the hotel..comms with the staff responsible for this area must be on higher level

The room was nice and the breakfast had a lot of choices. The staff was nice. The fitness was well equipt.

On our last day in the hotel we checked-out at 11 a.m. and when we wanted to go to the spa the woman on the spa reception said that we need to pay additional 20 per person to go to the spa. We were shocked to hear that as in all the hotels around the world (also in the Lone hotel right next to Eden hotel which is from the same hotel group) you can use the spa the last day even after the check-out free of extra charge. This should be mentioned during the check-in as this is an odd rule not similar to the rule of other hotels. I think this is something 4 stars hotel should have included so this was definitely very disappointing and ran over all the good things. Also in front of the Eden hotel there is only the parking for the guests of the Lone hotel which is right next to the Eden hotel. The guests of the Eden hotel need to park on the parking away and walk back which is inconvenient.
