Superb

Good location in Lima, safe neighborhood, brand new facilities and very good breakfast. They have a very good business center that accommodates comfortably several people without creating privacy issues. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms are comfortable but the administration is poor.

I stayed at the Dazzler twice, both times I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable.

On two occasions I asked the reception staff to arrange a taxi for me. The first time they arranged some sort of private car with a driver who could not accept credit cards and had no change for cash. The second time, the car didnt show up (despite six hours notice) and eventually the staff admitted they hadnt booked it. However, the worst thing about the Dazzler is that they charged me twice for my room. I have contacted them multiple times about it but my contact is ignored.

Adequate stay but not outstanding

Staff friendly but restaurant was just average. Very disorganised and took a long time for meals but when they did eventually come, they were tasty.

Location was not great. 6 blocks to nearest shops. Petrol station across the road though to buy water.
