Location and convenience, plus the breakfast was so scrumptious! With lots of options for different dietary desires. I love scrambled eggs and it was grrreat to have them available every morning :)

Sooo noisy! The walls are thin and the hotel room doors all SLAM shut, not that guests were trying to but if you just let the door go it slams shut. With everyone?s adventures and the midnight sun it is really alarming to be woken up at all hours

If you want to be right in the center of Reykjavik this is the hotel for you! The staff are wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful! And the location-perfect. There is even a rooftop view which is amazing at night time.

The hotel room had a musty smell, which was very unpleasant. Overall for the price I expected the room to be clean smelling.

The location is amazing! I loved my view id the plaza, and enjoyed the convenient, and tasty breakfast downstairs. The staff is professional and courteous and gracefully deal with absolutely rude and disrespectful tourists, and I respect how they carry themselves in situations that I observed. Oh! The ladies at the hotel bar made the most perfect espresso/cappuccinos! Thank you.

Cant say. I think its great. I will definitely stay with you again when I visit Reykjavik!

It was in the center of the town with lots of shops and restaurants around. The breakfast spread was very nice with a variety of food to choose from.
