The bed was comfy, and the bedding was fresh and clean! We really just needed a place to crash, so it was perfect for that.
We had an extra refrigerator in our room that wasn't plugged in. Tv remote barely worked and bad lighting.
It was available.
We were delayed in checking in by an hour and a half even though we were paying nearly 3 times the normal rate due to dynamic pricing. The delay in checking in caused us to be late for the event we had traveled 5 hours to attend. No apology or discount was offered for this inconvenience, even though we were paying an exorbitant rate because it was a busy weekend.
The only thing I liked was the location and parking
I didn't like anything about the room and at 11 at night they came to knock on my door. It was the receptionist asking if I was the one in the ID photo and if I was with two other guests going to my room. I felt uncomfortable. How is it possible that they do that? And the room had a bad smell and the bathroom, not to mention, smelled a lot of pee. I didn't like that the cafeteria in the bathroom was right next to the bathroom's zinc. I didn't like it at all and the discomfort that they made me go through.
Comfortable bed. Breakfast OK, eggs and sausage were barely warm. Very quiet room despite closeness to freeway. Towels and pillows were nice.
Poor lighting in the room except over the sink. But this seems to be the case in most hotel rooms. Building is old but seems like they are trying to maintain it.
