Everything except the floor plan of the Deluxe King Room.
The floor plan in the Deluxe King was awkward. I didn't like the CLOTH Settee/lounge because it was cloth and had coffee stains on it? I also didn't like the cloth backed chair on the opposite side of the desk. The TV was on a wall parallel to the bed so you couldn't watch TV unless you sat on the yukky stained settee. I didn't have the energy to try and see if the TV had an arm that extended out and rotated toward the bed. The Shower also had someone's black curly pubic hair....it was just missed and I bring all my own cleaning supplies so I did have to clean the shower myself. When I tried to turn the shower on the shower head totally sprayed me because the maid had left it pointed high toward the wall to rinse off the shelf. I couldn't reach it to adjust it and thank goodness my husband is 6'2" because he was able to adjust it back to normal. The towels are rough. Another strange thing was the coffee station which hadn't been dusted and was kind of icky had some of the Nespresso pods that had the aluminum seal torn off? If I hadn't been so completely exhausted from traveling and surgery I would have asked for another room. Ya know, bedbugs are on the rise and I personally prefer no cloth chairs or headboards. Keelie at the front desk was AMAZING as well as a Black Gentleman who was either a doorman or a Concierge. I loved all the Nobu staff, the hotel lobby was beautiful and the views are amazing. Everything else about the hotel and staff were exceptional. I probably might not come again for a stay just because of the rooms. I am SURE the maid staff are probably o reworked and rushed so I do not blame them. It is just a matter of maybe more attention to detail and striving for excellence.
Great location. Stanley Korshaks store, great restaurants and close to many venues We went to a Christmas party at The Network. The hotel car took us and picked us up which was so nice!
