It is the worst and most price-gouging hotel I have ever been to for the price and being a "4-star". This place is a joke. Read the menu ($9 for an American beer, censors that show if you moved something in the mini-fridge, and you'll be charged $50 if you do!?) Parking is $70 a night, which is not included in the hotel price; the bed is practically on plie wood, and the toilet barely works. The cold water in the room didn't work, and they only left you a singular water bottle as "complementary," so then you're either stuck calling for ice or using the way overpriced Fiji water bottles that they upcharge the s*** out of you for. No microwave god for bid you do not want to eat cold subway at 2 am since room service isn't an option. The alarm in my room went off at 5:55 am after I had gotten in, and finally asleep around 2 am. Then, with the do not disturb tag, housekeeping almost broke down the door at 8:30 am after I was just finally falling asleep. My room was next to the elevators, and with such poor soundproofing, I could hear everyone using the elevator up until the point of leaving. This place was laughable and hugely disappointing, especially after a long day of poor travel. I will never be back. I highly do not recommend it!
