good
Breakfast was very good. There was a nice selection of food and a clean, well-lit dining area. I also liked having two doors to the room, one to the inside hallway and one to the parking lot. This made loading and unloading the car a breeze because we were parked right in front of the door.
Carpeting in the hallways needed deep cleaning or replacement. It's a pet-friendly hotel, so there were some odors in the hallways. In my opinion, vinyl flooring would be a much better choice than carpet.
Close to everything
You get what you pay for. Very outdated. Not the cleanest.Breakfast was not as good as some other Quality Inns. But you can always eat a muffin and have yogurt.Like I said you get what you paid for.
Unfortunately, nothing. We were tired from driving and the whole experience was bad. After a 30 plus minute check-in process. We drove around back to our room. Parking area was full and people were sitting in open doorways of their room smoking and talking. Our RM was down a sidewalk from parking area. Area was overgrown with very high weeds and puddles. After entering nasty RM - Immediately left and went to very pleasant Days Inn, Luray.
Beginning at check-in staff was not trained on check-in procedures for booking.com customers - kept telling me my cc was declined. Ugh! Then we were put in a horrible room in back of hotel, RM 131, I believe. Smelled like smoke and both parking area and room itself felt unsafe. (There was another door inside not sure what it was adjoining but the lock had been broken off.) We left and ended up staying at Days Inn, Luray.
Very delicious breakfast. Staffs were very friendly.
The location. However we knew that in advance. TV reception was not always great.
It was clean and really quiet staff was really nice
Bed was very comfortable.
Only entrance to the Inn was totally flooded! Bathroom very crowded.
