Location is excellent for walking to the Forks and CMHR. Breakfast was adaquate and plentiful.

Pool was closed, apparently for years. Parking in a very limited exposed surface lot was charged on top of the room rental rate.

The website advertises a gym and a pool, the gym is filled with broken equipment and the pool has been closed for 5 years. Had to pay $30 for a day pass at a gym next door to work out. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, $12.50 per night for parking while we’re paying good money for the room… this is Winnipeg, not Toronto

Location. Low cost.

Lack of facilities - all permanently closed. Front desk staff - unhelpful, surly. Our room had faulty plumbing requiring the toilet to be plunged six times in four days. Front desk, instead of accepting responsibility and apologizing, chastised me saying “he’s already fixed it five times”. Hotel was full so unable to change rooms but the attitude was unhelpful at best and insulting.
