All was good
We looked at pool unable to use as time restrictions. Would have liked a room in the main building, due to if using the pool area.
Great location and they did move us into the main hotel from the rooms across the street as I complained see below
The fact they have an annex hotel across the street well actually some rooms across the street (certainly not a hotel all facilities in the main hotel) accessed from a dingy dirty entrance with a 1920's open lift which was not really looking great. There is no mention of this anywhere in the hotel information except if you book certain rooms it does give some words afterwards in Italian which is actually a different address this is not right won't be back.
Cute boutique hotel within walking distance from train station. Nice restaurant next door
Couldn’t fault it except maybe the walls abut thin.
Booked to stay in the hotel in the photos. When we arrived they took us across the road to our room which was located where the hotel stores their garbage. Our room stunk of septic and our external door didn’t lock. We went down to the main reception across the road and said that we were not happy in that room and wanted to move to a room in the hotel as we did not want to stay in their bin room. They then charged us an extra €120 to “upgrade” to actually stay in the hotel we booked and paid for even though the new room was smaller than the old one. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. Hotel lobby toilets were filthier than the Rome train station toilets and the pool facilities were very unclean. Gym treadmill was broken. Myself and my partner are covered in bites after staying here too as we are sure there were bedbugs. Very very disappointed in our stay. This certainly is more of a 2 star hotel than a 4. We recently stayed in hostels that were much nicer than this.
