Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean, well maintained and had all the facilities we needed. Pool area was clean and bar snacks and drinks were good. Prices were very reasonable. We had breakfast only and the food was excellent with an extensive choice.
Nothing really but would have liked tea making facilities in the room.
Staff was friendly, cordial and helpful. The bar by the pool is good, although some drinks are unreasonably pricey. Sufficient parking space. It's a brisk walk to the beach, and there is a path through a staircase and just by walking down the street, so choose wisely (and if you get tired by walking this very easy uphill, go check your health!).
The restaurant was quite poor, the quality of the food is clearly on the lower level. Now, I'm not talking about the cooks and staff, but rather on the quality of produce offered - you can clearly see that you are being served with the cheapest, low-quality ingredients. If you expect to eat anything Spanish, be ready to being disappointed. There is an abundance of unhealthy food, whereas limited options of healthy ones (eg you will be eating absolutely the same ice lettuce salad every single day). Guests are often poorly mannered, uneducated and impolite to say the least, which contributes to an overall bad experience. The swimming pool is hot. During summer.
For me, the hotel is positioned at the nicer end of Benidorm. Sea view rooms certainly deliver, making any time on balcony spectacular. Very comfortable beds, great shower and quiet, effective aircon. Breakfast was plentiful with a good range of options. Bar drinks seemed reasonably priced for a hotel. Didn't really use the pool as beach a much nicer place to be. Bus stops to and from Benidorm close by. Yes, there is no getting away from the fact you will need to deal with a 10 minute walk up/down hill to beach but hey, good for the heart (and legs) .
Cramped pool area with the empty but towel saving bed space scenario. One member of bar staff (older male) seemed irritable/rude on more than one occasion. The decor, certainly in the bar was very dated - really need to change the orange net curtains and salmon painted walls. At busy times (meal times), it is almost impossible to get a lift, but as only on 5th floor, we used stairs. If much higher it may get quite frustrating.
Bedroom was nice with a view to the sea. Staff was friendly.
Bathroom is a bit small, but it was ok.
Breakfast had a fabulous choice. Location is up a hill but a fantastic view from the room
Nothing
The hotel is located on top of a steep hill so you can see it from a distance especially at night when it is lit up with LED lights like a disco. Its in a quiet residential area, mainly all Spainish, we only encountered other nationalities on the 3rd day. Spacious room with good sized balconey and sea view. We were only on the 3rd floor so the vews higher up must be amazing. No tea making facilities but there was a fridge. Lots of steps down to the beach but you can walk up a gentler incline road. I'd stay again to gain access to this lovely side of Benidorm, the beach is amazing with reasonable priced sunbeds.
The beds were a little on the hard side. No tea making facilities - my mum missed her tea! Not recommended for elderly due to steep hill and steps to the beach.
