Hotel Geneve Cd De Mexico

The Hotel was historically and architecturally amazing. The Staff were fantastic, and the 24-hour room service food was great.

Historic

The hotel is really unique and very well situated. The history of this place is very interesting.

The rooms are quite old but I guess that is part of the charm.

Property is in a good area.

The customer service was horrible. They called my room saying I was being too loud when I had just walked in the room. They were harassing me telling me that I had guest up in my room. Yeah I did, but that’s the reason I got double beds. They weren’t staying with me they had their own room in that same hotel they went to my room to wait on me because I was scared. I came out of my room and a person from the lobby a male guy was outside my room. He did not know the door he was just standing there. This was very uncomfortable for me. I couldn’t even turn on my tv because apparently it was too loud. I wouldn’t stay here at all not even if it was a free stay. Definitely not worth it.

I love the hotel and the staff, the bathtub was plugged, they should change the chairs in the lobby or clean them, I have been returning to the hotel for years, it’s time to clean or change them.
