size of the room.
AC was so loud.
Great location and very good value
Room was a bit run down but perfectly OK generally
We love old hotels. With that said, the bathroom could be updated.
Service at the Phone Bar.
The location is nice and near to Reforma, Chapultepec and Roma-Condesa.
Regardless of the architecture and its construction period that makes it look like a luxurious hotel, the facilities inside are in poor condition, neglected and not at all modern.
The help received by the concierge in a dispute with a crook taxi driver requiring a police help.
The selling point of this hotel is definitely the lobby and it history. The lobby is like a small museum that is impeccably maintained. All of the displays that are presented are not only interesting but create a great lobby ambience.
The staff is not especially friendly and the rooms rather unremarkable. But the thing I did not like the most was the surrounding area. The surrounding area is rather promiscuous. There are several shops selling sex toys displayed in the windows
