I didn't like that you had to ask for shampoo or cups or anything like that for the kitchen it's not convenient at all actually it's kind of insulting like everybody is just trying to steal from you

Han sido los mejores en cuanto atencin, limpieza,paciencia etc. Sin duda alguna el lugar ms chvere donde me he quedado en Palm springs CA. Ha sido el nico hotel en la zona donde no he tenido que gastar horas limpindolo 100% recomendable

It was close to the airport and downtown
Pretty much everything. It was dirty and rundown. No way they should be charging what they charge for what they offer and the state of condition of the rooms.
The fridge in the room had old bananas in it and the room had insects.
entrance was bad.
This hotel should be judged as a two star hotel, because that it what is. Excellent for a two star. One mile from the airport, one mile from the downtown strip and next to the convention center- its an excellent central walking location

Hallway were filthy, and the elevator was always filthy. Not many rooms available because they didnt have enough cleaning staff, noisy neighbors, next-door cooking with smoke billing through the hallways.
