The bed was mad uncomfortable

The location was perfect

We arrived late in the evening on Saturday after coming home from PNC Park for the baseball game. The staff at the desk was unfriendly. There was a woman checking in on line in front of us, and she had to ask where her room was and directions on how to get there. I was hoping that since the receptionist had to do this with the woman in front of us, that she would have corrected her mistake and been better with us. I was wrong. She hastily gave us a room key, and didn't tell us how to get to our room, which was in another building half way down the road, with stairs leading to our room on the other side of the building. When we finally arrived with all of our bags at our room, the keys didn't work. I had to walk all the way back to the desk, to have them remake the keys, and remind me not to put it next to my phone or anything magnetic. The new key worked. The room was a disaster, though. Cracks in the shower, paint chipping off the wall, stains on the bed and curtains, and the refrigerator was barely cool. The bed was practically broken, and sinking in on itself. We left at 5am because we couldn't stay there any longer. The man who checked us out was lovely and kind, though.
