About the stay

This all-inclusive adults-only Jamaican resort is on a private beach on the Caribbean Sea. It has 19 on-site restaurants and lounges as well as a theater and nightly live entertainment. A balcony with a view of the ocean is featured in all rooms at Secrets Wild Orchid. Rooms include an iPod docking station and a flat-screen TV. A stocked minibar is also provided. Dining options include Oceana offering oceanside dining and grilled seafood specialties. Bars and lounges include Manatees Swim-up Bar which serves tropical drinks poolside. Guests can enjoy nightly theme parties at Secrets Wild Orchid. There is a large pool and 3 hot tubs to relax in. A casino fitness center and spa are also on site. Sangster International Airport is 3.4 miles from the resort. The Bob Marley Entertainment Center is 1.5 miles away.

It was beautiful

I am wondering about the transportation from the hotel to the airport. It seems like the locals at the hotel have a scheme going on where they are charging tourist money $15-20 to get to the airport, and I want to know is this transportation included?

Perfect place for our honeymoon, and it was super relaxing.

The amenities and our room were amazing. The vibe of the whole place was outstanding.

No working ice machines, and the Hyatt sales pitch meeting.

I stayed in the Preferred Club suites and those rooms were located right next to everything. I didn't have to walk far to enjoy all the amenities. The staff at the Preferred Club pool worked tirelessly to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this location for anyone seeking serenity!

My dislikes had NOTHING to do with the resort but I didn't like that I had booked my stay for a such a short period of time!

I loved the chance to Visit Jamaica, people and place Wonderful, Beautiful ...Too Humid for me

Staff are professional, top notch! World Caf Buffet is Excellent! Adia and Devon are great Concierge! Dewayne Bartender at Barracuda Bar should be a stand up comedian, he made me laugh every day!! We were in the preferred club group and loved the daily E-Board that kept the activities and news at our finger tips, and the rotation of a small buffet all day made it a fun bonus!!

The options for a Vegetarian are limited, to salads, pizza and fruit. Each restaurant such as French or Italian has few entrees and its not even authentic for each cuisine. Too many issues with maintenance such as shower heads, no lights, things not working or upkeep is lacking. the St. James Resort you can visit has same type of food, so that's boring. The Breathless resort we also has access to was nice to look at but the staff was rude and SNOBBY! Also many chairs with arms such as the French, Italian and Club lounge in Wild Orchid were not able to accommodate many plus size people as I ran into many people complaining (30 or more) in my week stay.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again

I loved the all inclusive aspect. Food and drinks were great. The staff was amazing and very friendly.

The only two things that I did not like was the water pressure was very low and the AC in the room was not cool. It was warm especially once the sun came out.
