The hotel is amazing and its location is great if you are looking for a quite spot on the island. Being located away from the main tourist strip of Grace Bay means it is quite compared to other hotels. Food at the restaurants was nice, especially Sui-Ren, highly recommend.

My biggest issue with this hotel was the staff. Quite frankly, the vast majority (not all) were rude and it was a chore when you asked anything of them. When you are paying 1,200 a night you expect better. For that reason, as nice as the hotel was and how much we loved our stay, I would likely choose a different hotel. Although breakfast was included, I was amazed and shocked that the hotel wanted to charge me over $10 for a cappuccino as this is not included, absolutely ridiculous!

Well kept and clean. The staff is well trained. Excellent attention to details.

Would like to see more of better trained bar tenders on duty.

Lack of airport transport by the hotel Lack of attention to details with customer service. Our TV was broken since day one - our room was missing in room dining and we asked since day one and never got one.
