Staff hospitality was great

Long check-in and check-out process. Sales pitch for time share was a bit much

The property was beautiful. It was well kept. There were several pools to choose from as well as walk out access to the ocean. On the beach there were plenty of lounge chairs and large couch/bed type structures to rest and relax on.

I really can not say one bad thing about this property. I enjoyed my stay from the beginning til the end.

The pool, rooms and the property were stunning. We were so comfortable and relaxed for the week!

Drinks were watered down, the beach had a lot of seaweed, room service food was poor quality. For being a five star resort, I thought there would be better quality food.

I thought everything, for the most part, was excellent

Coffee was not good. The door did not stay closed in the bathroom, it kept sliding open. There could have been an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

There was nothing to not like about the resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any and all questions that we had. There were various food choices to satisfy everyone's appetites and the drinks were amazing. 10/10 would recommend and return :)

I wish it was closer to local places for going out at night and really experiencing the Dominican Republic.
