There is not even a complimentary bottle of water!!!

rooms were clean and nice view.

no seats at the pool. very expensive to stay there.

The proximity to the beach was honestly the only plus about this resort/hotel.

Cleanliness: Not very clean. Our first room was dirty (stained sheets, dirty glass and a mini fridge that smelt like bad fish…which made the whole room smell). I called to complain and after three conversations, they changed our room - to an upgraded view…which I told them I didn’t care about, all I cared is that the room was clean. So then we move the to new room and it’s slightly better, in that it didn’t smell like rotten fish, but this room also had dirty glass and stained sheets. Room cleanings: The first day we were there they did not come to clean our room until after 4:30 PM, which was after I called to complain. But they left a dirty glass in the room and I had had a container of ice cream that I left for trash and I left that as well but I will say the other two days they did come on time. Too many conferences: if you are looking for a compressor due to the size, there are many conferences happening at once and it is swarmed with business people from my business perspective. I appreciate that, but from a visually perspective with my family, I appreciate that. Customer service: because we actually got comfortable staying there we checked out a day early even though we paid over $600 to stay there when I called the front desk that we had checked out early due to it not being a clean space they just said OK thank you and hung up. They did not even attempt to apologize. Definitely not a 5-star experience: i’ve stayed at many five-star hotels and resorts. My travels and I can definitely say this is not a five star experience. In my mind, it was more like a three star experience. So if you are looking for a five star experience definitely do not stay here because you won’t be disappointed.
