The atmosphere
No
Clean, a lot to do, amenities
Some staff were rude.
The grounds. The fact that its a resort so everything is there- club, pool parties, the ocean, jet skis, restaurants, exotic car rentals etc. My suite was gorgeous!
The shower head needs to be changed. The water sprayed everywhere.
the pool and the access to the beach everything
the quality in the food
It was a bad experience, the room was extremely dirty There was dirt in the bathroom and we didn't shower for days because of that the service was not good They didn't let us eat our food anywhere, they just kicked us out of the pool Really disappointing
I liked the location the most but the experience was subpar in the sense that the hotel isnt accommodating at all
The hotel valet is 100$ which is crazy but Ill take it since its Fontainebleau. I walked the whole hotel looking for coffee till I found it near the other restaraunts( first time there) other then that.
We chose this hotel as it was close to my cousin's apartment.
We selected a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The soundproofing was bad; We could hear the noise of the wind tunnel and follow the discussion of the guests sitting on the balcony next to our room while our window was closed. No double glazing.
