It's not acceptable staff walk in to room when I was sleeping not acceptable

Garden, size of rooms, hotel premises, hotel facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, hotel beach, swimming pool.

We have to pay for beach towels. Hotel beach is reachable by a steep hill.

Everyone ans everything my second time and this time was for 12 days . Definitely great hotel in

One of the most beautiful hotels I've visited . Relaxing atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff, great location. The staff speaks English.High level of security. Private sandy beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and a lifeguard, was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and would be happy to stay there again.

It was a beautiful hotel with a nice view, pool and private beach. The waiting staff, pool staff and bar staff were excellent.

They do not allow any outside food or drinks and the menu for dinner is the same every night. they do not offer laundry services even though they say they do( they have a third party take it and bring it back in 2 days but not from sat-mon. The pool closes very early and they also close the beach access so dont get stuck outside. The bed was two beds that kept sliding apart and very hard. The shower is extremely small. I asked if I could check in an hour early and they said no. Many of the packages for the spa that they advertised were not available and the spay is only open a few days a week even though I booked it because of the spa. The parking is extremely limited and the drive just to get to the hotel is treacherous.

The place is really well located with a beautiful view of the sea. The private area on the beach is super convenient. The pool is nice. The interior design has a nice cachet.

The restaurant for lunch needs improvement on all levels: its not good, no well-cooked local dishes, the price is expensive and the staff is not very friendly towards foreigners. We tried it once and were so disappointed that we ended up eating outside every day.
