location was nice, but that's all

- rooms smelled like acetone - having changed the room, also smelled like acetone. the AC was probably not cleaned for decades - staff could not change 5000 CFA on 3 consecutive days for smaller denominations for taxi money - almost lost my loundry, when they found (dirty) they asked me to pay for express fee if i want it for the morning (not happened, but heavy arguing needed) - 3 times asked for shower gel, they did not bring to my room

Front desk reception excellent esp Ruth who helped with any trips

Breakfast needs a little improvement- more fruit and cooked options

The staff was polite.

The rooms smell so bad due to humidity The hotel is not clean in general

They dont have a proper bar or restaurant. The towels in the rooms need attention and the carpet in the corridors doesnt help matters
