Among the best properties I've ever stayed in. Convenience to water taxi, plus the amazing spa and beautiful rooms were world-class.

Too short a stay.

Lovely location, easy to get to sights with the ferry which leaves at the front of the hotel. Nice room with beautiful views for a good price.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Everything is just right - the staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and comfy, the breakfast is gorgeous, the surrounding is calm and safe, there is a water tram stop just few steps from the main entrance. I’m more than pleased, and will definitely come back.

The spa, bar and restaurant prices are quite high.

Everything . It was luxurious , beautiful view , in a quiet location with quick ferry ride to the city . It had a bar and excellent restaurant . The staff were wonderful . The rooms were lovely .

The most amazing thing is the ferry station which is literally 2 steps from the main entrance of the hotel! Ferries go every 10 minutes and you can reach the heart of the old town! Really amazing and so fast! We loved the staff. Everyone really friendly and lovely! We had an early flight, so we just came to ask to store our luggage until check in time and we were offered to check in for free as our room was ready. Thank you! Receptionist Merin (or Merlin) was really very helpful. Dont miss out on the SPA! Its truly amazing! Even nicer than the pictures. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choise and great tasting coffee! It was also not busy during our stay, so it was calm and peaceful. If you like walking, there is a beautiful coastal walk right next from the hotel.

I cannot fault something at all.
