There was a police incident that caused them to bang on my door at 2 in the morning looking for someone. There were men drinking and causing a disturbance thus the banging on my door. We had to leave at 2:30 am because it was not safe. The hotel clerk said he would give us a full refund but that we had to go through you first. Hotel clerk's name was Oscar. Phone no. 410-546-1300. Booking no. 6960352727. I tried calling you but no one answers. Please credit $186 to my Jet Blue Credit card.
Stayed one night and left. Still charged for 4 days.
Pot smell really bad . Charges for full stay 4 nights and one stayed one.
Tried to change dates and never heard back from facility. It is ridiculous that booking needs to contact an unresponsive facility to change dates.
Responsiveness or the lack thereof
The GM and some of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made our stay very enjoyable.
Two staff members were very slow at their job and / or lazy about taking care of the guests. It took over an hour to check in on Sun, which does not include us getting there early, and no rooms were available. The front desk staff did not explain that the code into the walking gate was on our room key cover. I had to ask other staff members for the code. One evening, I asked for the towels for the pool, and the front desk staff told me to come to the front desk to get the towel. I was only given one, I asked for more. She told me I could only get 2 because that's all she had. I am there with my family and needed more than 2 towels. What were we supposed to do?
