Having stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels in London I often find the staff a bit rude and unhelpful but the staff here were less better-than-you whilst being helpful. I appreciate that a lot. Being around staff who seem to hate their job or are unhappy to help is a huge turn off for me when rebooking. The balcony in rooms is a great feature especially for a business trip, I could work in the sun. Would rebook based on that

Cleanliness could have been better in the room. Stains in the bathroom are always unwelcome and also my mini bar had not been renewed- half chocolate bars and half opened drinks from the last guest were still in my room- that gives a bad first impression

We had a wonderful stay at ME London, and I especially want to thank the amazing Diana for making it truly unforgettable. Her warmth, professionalism, and personal attention added a special touch to every moment. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, offering warm, personal service that made me feel truly cared for. The hotel is stunning, stylish, and perfectly located—but it's the people like Diana and the whole team who turn a great experience into an exceptional one. Thank you for everything!

Its position

Too expensive for value which was evident by the lack of people in the hotel. Sunday lunch was appealing. Food was a long time arriving with only four tables occupied. We invited our son daughter in law and children to join us as a birthday treat for the daughter in law. Sadly disappointed as the food came in different groups. The main course was cold and the staff removed it and then microwaved it to heat it up. It was compensated for in terms of the bill but the whole treat and experience was ruined by this time. For a so called five star hotel it lacks supervision and true quality especially at the price.

Everything was perfect and felt the 5 star stay
