The bed was comfy.
Location and the fact our room was dirty and had to hook up an Xbox just to watch tv. Remote didn’t work and service desk was no help. Thankfully we knew we were staying for several days and prepared slightly. Hair dryer don’t work, lights in the room half way didn’t work. Just not ideal for our stay.
Nothing. The entire hotel smelled like urine and feces.
The toilet in my room and the public restroom they had the toilets did not work. In three days time the maintenance employees never tried to fix it. The morning desk clerk said I would get a partial refund which I have yet to receive. Very dishonest.Worst hotel ever!
The beds were dirty , the “clean” towels smelled bad , there was no soap or shampoo The tv was not working
Proximity to city
Dated, lumpy mattress, security
Nice and clean
I am having trouble retrieving my car keys from the hotel. Not sure what to do.
The location was good for what we were there for.
We had a very late check in at around 1000pm due to traveling. We had to pay a $100.00 incidental fee that was not listed anywhere (that also has not been released as of 24 hours later). Our first room had no lock, no working phone or TV, dirty towels and random blue pills on the table. Our second room also had dirty towels and rabdom blue pills on the floor. The neighbors were SO LOUD until 100am, which whatever, its a hotel I guess? But when they finally shut up, the front desk called me at 358am and 402am to ask me BOTH TIMES if I wanted to keep my room. Why? Wrong person, both times. We checked out at 800am, and when I asked the reasoning behind the 400am phone calls she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when she was the ONLY PERSON WORKING. Also, there was no breakfast.
Customer Service was great. I was very comfortable and all of my needs were met.
Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and smelled good upon entry. Bed/sheets were set nicely and very comfortable.
The only negative was the mini fridge freezer was blocked off by ice accumulation.
