I couldnt figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan for more than 4 hours at a time. Memory foam mattresses get warm and it would have been nice to have ceiling fans running throughout the night. I would have liked hand soap and a kettle in the room

The condo was big, all appliances were functioning fine. Beautiful views, balconies facing lushy green palms. Easy access to Poipu beach, 14 min slow enjoyable walk with kids or 3 mins by car, easy beach parking. Great community from across all North America, most folks were families with kids. Nice and friendly staff. A few reviews complain about no central A/C. That was not an issue at all. It's close to the sea and breezy at night. It was easy to adjust.

Location and cleanliness

The condo was outdated. Too much random furniture. The upstairs shower was not functioning; the faucet corroded and stuck. No mirror in the primary bathroom.

hidden costs. we stayed 5 nights and were surprised by an extra $400 in fees upon arrival/check in. what were we supposed to do at that point? ridiculuous and i want my money back. further the room is a snapshot of 1989.
