The pool was warm.

My son found a small baggy in the couch with white residue still in it. It was obviously a drug baggie. A very small zip lock with printed $$$ on it. Needless to say, we did not utilize the pull out couch for fear of finding more surprises. We also noticed a lot of small torn baggies in the landscaping outside the hotel. Clearly drug activity.

Just very clean place ‘staff was very respectful

The breakfast was good. The pool was a little cloudy,, but otherwise everything was comfortable.

The pool was cloudy and our toilet didn't flush well.

Very convenient to everything I wanted to do in Madison. I liked the uniqueness of the room

There were hockey teams that were in the hotel the first night that were extremely loud and unruly. They pounded on my door several times, stole my DND sign, screamed constantly, amongst other things. Quite time in the hotel is 10pm, while their voices were quiet they still ran up and down and slammed doors until midnight. Every time a door slammed my bed shook Second night was so much better as the teams left. My refrigerator wasn’t working so I called the front desk. Desk clerk said “ well I could come up and look at it but I don’t know how they work”. I said it doesn’t even seem plugged in and I was asked to pull it out of the cabinet to double check. Seems that someone else must have thought of that before me too as the bottom piece of the cabinet was broken off. I spent $30 on a pizza from next door and couldn’t refrigerator the 2/3rd that was left so wasted near $30 on the pizza. No real worry or suggestion was made or anything else to help. Also clerk never came to assist at the door

Charge you a $50 deposit which is national on your receipt you never get back twice this happened

You never get your deposit back, even on a clear checkout they blame it on your financial institution we come there as patrons we've had our bank accounts for years fix your system it cannot imagine how much you guys gain by keeping everyone's $50 deposit cuz it's not worth arguing

Most staff was friendly

The consistent screaming, crying, slamming, knocking until 2am. Quiet time is from 10pm until 9am. I wake up out of a dead sleep shaking and heart racing. My daughter called authorities and nothing resolved. Hotel staff did nothing. My bank refuses anymore accommodations with this facility. I have many friends that travel and will absolutely not recommend this hotel
