Outdated and very dirty and had bugs. No toilet paper or soap in bathroom and refrigerator didn't work and leaked water all over. This was the second room they gave us. The first was not cleaned upon arrival and we were told that we would have to wait an hour to get in. I rented 2 rooms next to each other and they split our party up into 2 separate buildings. It was a very bad experience all together.

The tv didn't work, there was no microwave, towels or toilet paper in the room, and housekeeping opened the door twice without knocking. The location is horrible for those who take the bus and they don't change the bedding. The staff during the week are extremely rude literally the only good part of the stay was the staff on the weekend. Go anywhere else besides this motel

Everything was dirty, smelly, a lot of roaches everywhere. We ended on another hotel. Practically we run out of there.

Location was great.

The room was disguising. Food everywhere. Hair everywhere. The sheets were gross filled will mice poop and food.

The property cancelled my stay the night before my arrival stating that they were cancllimg everyone die to a water main break. However, I rebooked with another hotel close by and when I drove by and they had a parking lot full of cars - so I feel like I was being lied to. Now I’m struggling to get a refund.
