No heating/AC My stay had cold days and hot days, and neither the AC nor heating was working. When I asked the stay they said it doesn't work in the whole building. This should be informed to customers before hand. How can they run a hotel without HVAC!!! I had a restless sleep most of my stay because it was too hot There is no provision to make coffee in the room Bathroom design is very weird as the water doesn't drain and there is the bath section is open

We get dizzy before we reach the room as we were given the very end , winding hallway to get there. If ever fire breaks out, people will tend to panic with the lay out of the building. No kettle in the room, there’s only 1 coffee maker in the lobby which went kaput on our 2nd day until we checked out, person in the reception pretends he don’t see anybody with earphone on , not asking if you need any help. The toilet is not convenient if you need to do your business, bathroom door have no locks for privacy, though glass panel is opaque, still appears like you’re in a show window in Amsterdam, we feel awkward, not for our culture. Not enough cabinets to store our things separately. Far from train station.

Lighting cud have been better. And a coffee maker in the room would be welcomed.
