I booked the hotel for 577 for 3 nights and to pay when we get to the property. When we got there they then charged us an extra 30pp per night so it actually cost us a total of 757. This was never explained when booking and I think its wrong that they do this to you. There is also no one on the reception on evenings and night times and one night me and my parter were stuck outside as the doors werent working. It said he had to scan our card over a sensor and it would work it didnt. There were no one around. When we rang the hotel direct it was a man in headphones 2 floors up that had to come down and let us in. We didnt get an apology for this. Yes I should have probably complained then but I was freezing and tired and just wanted to go to the room.
