Closeness to a lot of things in Williamsburg Breakfast was great some fresh fruit would have been great ex. strawberries
I would have love to seen Bigger TV and a better Cable line up
Location and cleanliness
No
Good location
Had problems with my key working for the door. The bathroom was not shown in the picture, where it would be a walk in shower.
Breakfast was good but all the yogurts in the fridge where expired.
The 1st room I was given the door was actually open and the beds where all tore up, a dresser drawer pulled out on the floor and a broom up against the wall.2nd room had hair everywhere & no trash can, hook missing from bathroom door , ripped curtain.
Staff was friendly.
I had NO shower curtain, no blow dryer, phone did not work in room, so had to go to front desk to tell them about shower curtain, floor was dirty and the heat doesnt work in the breakfast area!
Pleasant & Quiet & Clean.
No.
The locations and staff were great
Breakfast could have vegetarian options
Beds were very comfortable, location was just about central to everywhere I wanted to visit.
The TV was unplugged when I came in, when I plugged it in I realized it didnt turn off. It was annoying to have to unplug when we left and plug back in upon return but it wasnt a deal breaker. Would have loved to have extra toilet paper in the room. Had to hit up the front desk twice over the weekend for another roll.
