The location.
Everything about the room. I had to switch to another room because there were spots on the bed sheets and hair on them and even when we switched rooms.. the shower curtain had mold on it, toilet bowl was dirty, and when housekeeping came back later that night their were spots on the sheets. I have pictures of everything but I will be contacting corporate about this stay and get my money back cause that was absolutely ridiculous
Clean inside nice people
The cigarette can was full the outside lights was burn out and should put clean mulch and flower around the hotel
Breakfast, room, location.
Noise in the hall till midnight on Friday and Saturday night. No previous notice that the pool and fitness center were closed. Would have stayed somewhere else if I knew
It was well worn and needs to be updated
Grounds weren’t kept. Furniture in room was scratched up. Bathroom had paint peeling on the ceiling. No TP holder. Light fixture on desk was rusty and dusty. Doors other than main entrance weren’t locked at night. When we checked in we were given room 115. We entered the room the door latch wouldn’t close. We were moved to room 111.
Reservation was for two nights. Our plans had changed. Booking.com told us to contact the hotel. Hotel told us we had to go through booking.com. Tried to make changes online but changes weren’t allowed bc the hotel was sold out. Best I could do was email hotel to let them know we’d be arriving a day late. Arrived and they had canceled our reservation. Found a room for us which was shabby. And, mold in shower. Powdered eggs for breakfast.
