Marie's Royale Hotel

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Martha one of the receptionist arranged for some shopping to be collected and delivered to us at the hotel without fuss.

The staff were lovely, the food was good, and the location suited me.

Intermitted noise.

The property was so clean. The staff are very friendly.

There is no elevator, but that is not a big issue

I stayed in the hotels on two occasions. Single room, the door was not locking well . The key had to be turned and twisted and pushed and pulled in order to lock the door. Single room as really small I could not turn around in the room and the bed was short for me. Double room was nice and big space. Breakfast was very basic and every day I asked for omlet the waiter guy could tell me that there is eggs in rolex but then again I wasnt eating Rolex.. I was like I had to be begging for omlet at breakfast.. Reception lady was nice though . Very good customer service. I forgot her names

Improve on breakfast . Basic coffee and it was cold. Could do better with more fruits.

The staff were amazing, very good service, very polite and helpful.

Power issues during the stay but staff changed our room as soon as we told them about it.

Everything, uncleanness nothing works, location next to informal settlement, rooms sharing ac remote and so much more

The receptionist was very rude and unfriendly
