Beach is absolutely fantastic, snorking is grate
Restaurant is not so good & expensive
I liked the resort location as Ive stayed here in the past. It is a decent resort overall. Gary, Flore and Larry were very wonderful people to meet and they were there my entire stay and who I spoke with frequently. They were all super helpful, accommodating and just overall nice people. The other staff that was there while I was there, particularly management was not so helpful!
I did not like that I received a call from my family members back in my country, USA stating that there was a family emergency and it was a matter of life and death and the Windsong refuses to refund 1 night of my stay due to the fact that I left a day early (which was not planned at all). Again I have stayed at this resort in the past and loved it here extremely and am so disappointed in this resort and how they handle unfortunate events that are out of my control so in visiting TCI in the future and continuously bringing new family members with me I will find another resort that I can say good things about and expose them to and let them know my experience with the Windsong resort but again Gary, Larry and Flore were all great, I will stop to say hello to them in the future when visiting TCI.
Lovely grounds, helpful staff, great location on the water
A little far from other restaurants- had to take a taxi when we wanted to leave the property
A lot to do, the snorkeling was great !
Everything was great! The housekeeping would come couple times to clean everytime the bathrooms got wet after we returned from the beaches. They had great amenities. Would highly recommend this place.
Everything was good.
The resort was very beautiful, and the water was crystal clear and great for snorkeling. The room was nice and quiet in a pretty setting, and the beds were very comfortable.
At times, staff were cold, unfriendly, and downright rude. One staff member even screamed at my husband that he didn't pay for the shuttle to the grocery store when he didn't even know what he was talking about. We had a rental car and drove ourselves around. Waiters on the beach and housekeeping were the only friendly people we encountered. The Wi-Fi was horrible in our room but worked great in other areas of the resort.
Without a doubt, the best part of this resort is the location the reef. Being able to snorkel the reef every day was amazing!
Except for a few, overall the staff was not friendly. Continental breakfast was included but the lady serving coffee every day was mean. Service at the restaurant was so slow, we decided to stop eating there and leave the property to eat.
