The location was great but generally not a 4 star experience.
The location and the hotel staff were friendly.
The property was 4 star but the facilities were not. The hotel is tired and lacks attention to detail. No complimentary water or general extras. Everything extra is charged for.
Great Location needs some renovation.
The location was very good in Capri.
We were not offered luggage service so we took our bags through Capri rather than use the baggage service and we left too early to use it in the morning. The rooms need some upgrading for the cost and level of hotel. The bathrooms especially.
I certainly will recommend the hotel to friends and I will not hesitate to come back.
Location, breakfast and pool were fantastic. Very quiet although it is located in the heart of Capri allowing easy access for all including shopping, restaurants and nice walks in the city.

We never stayed at this hotel but they charged us WITHOUT sending an email to remind us of our reservation. Booking.com NEVER sent reminder emails about this property. Both Booking.com and the property now REFUSE to give our money back.
