Nadia was very kind to provide all information in advance. That really helped us to organize ourselves better.

There was a musty smell in the apartment, a leak in the bathroom, wifi not really working and the beds are uncomfortable. I would do a night here but not more.

The room was clean and spacious, and the ocean view from the third floor window was nice.

The shower doors were poorly installed, resulting in water spilling all over the place during every bath, making it a nightmare. Additionally, the lady charged us 5 per night to use the air conditioning. Even though we opted for it, the AC in the third-floor room was old and insufficient to cool the large room adequately. It made our stay uncomfortable, and I wouldn't recommend this place, especially during warmer months! We also had a concerning incident during check-out. Around 7:30am, the main building door was unexpectedly locked, trapping us inside the property. We had to contact the lady in charge to come and unlock the door, which took around 10 minutes. This situation raised safety concerns, especially in the event of a fire or emergency.

This is one of the worst accommodations we ever stayed in. The bed sheets were dirty. The shower was broken. When we complained after the first night, they brought us new sheets and attempted to repair the shower but only made the bathroom dirty again with dirty shoes. There were tufts of hair in the bathroom. In the end we left and did not stay for the full time (somethinh we had never done before). This place is feels like rip-off!

Giovanni was amazing trying to help us but unfortunately it didn't make up for all the problems and interaction with the person responsible for the booking.

Once we arrived, a different room from what we booked was giving. We asked to change the room to what we booked but we didn't realize that the problems were just starting. Air-conditioning broke, we got a fan falling apart and we had to pay 10 euros to use it. The worst was the toilet. We had to use our own towels to dry the leak at some stage. The shower was creating a pool in the toilet. I contacted the property asking to leave earlier and we were told no. To end our trip on our last day I kept getting constant messages from the property saying my card wasn't authorized (but my others booking went through no problem) and the person responsible kept sending messages asking for new card and in the end cash). The person would not understand that what it was suppose to be a fun time became a very stressful 2 days - not worth. I feel sorry for saying that because of Giovanni but everything else was just horrible.

Simply the best place we have stayed in, in north west of Sardinia. It was quiet yet offered for much. Nadia was awesome going out of her way to assist us all the time. You must put this place on your list to stay.

Very nice and quiet place with wonderful beach + nearby beaches in close distance. We needed to change room as we chose room without kitchen by mistake and owner was very willing to do so. Room was clean, kitchen fully equipped. We enjoyed nice view on the beach with sunset every day.

Some beds could have had better/new mattresses.
