I was traveling with a friend who was using points and she took me as a guest to the top floor lounge. The room was clean and comfortable but the experience was awful. A complete waste of good money. I would have chosen a less expensive hotel on my own.
I paid $800 for this room and it was so noisy. The first night the young partiers were 4 doors away so I was only woken once at midnight. The second night they were next door and down the hall. I complained twice by phone and once by text. I was awoken again at 330 with banging doors. When I told the desk clerk at checking out she said I would be contacted by the manager and at the least get some points. Neither has happened. I will never stay at a Hilton again. Apparently the college students in the US drive to Toronto because they can drink in Canada at age 19.

Location
The room was noisy. We could hear a lot of street traffic (from floor 13), and a lot of noise and traffic from the elevator despite being several rooms away from the elevator. The roads to the hotel was closed because of a parade on my day of checkin but non of the staff knew about this.
The check in was great. Awesome view of the CN tower
rooms were pretty dated. Bathroom needed renos. Their was a dirty sock on the floor when we arrived.
