Everything was wonderful inside the hotel. Staff was awesome, food was delicious! And there was a pool, that's a big plus! Most definitely would stay again!
The only down side was right outside the front door. Someone had either spilled some kind of smoothie drink with fruit in it or it was vomit. Nobody cleaned it up! It was still there the next morning! It would have been so simple to use a bucket of hot soapy water to flush it down off the sidewalk onto the street!
Location to our venue
The bartender in the lobby area was very RUDE we came in was going to have 1 beverage and he said he was closing which was fine by us but he continued to say he was closed,ok but he kept it up with his rudeness even though we kept going to elevator, then he tried to be nice through the screen. Anyway he was Rude!
Comfortable beds
Steam room not working well , and it should be open 8 am, not 9
Stylist and well appointed
The rate was decent but I soon realized this is deceiving because they get you with tons of surprise incidentals. The valet parking was $69 a night! They also advertise a daily $15 resort credit which is supposed to roll over if unused but I had to fight for this credit at checkout when I made a purchase on the second day (did not roll over automatically as promised). If it were not for all the miscellaneous fees you get hit with that add up I would stay here again.
