This is the loveliest hotel! The pool and grounds are beautiful, peaceful and serene. The breakfast is fantastic. And the staff are absolutely incredible, so incredibly kind and helpful and genuinely caring. I will come back again 100%. Dont hesitate to book here! The deluxe rooms are perfect!

We couldnt find a hairdryer, and there was not tea and coffee making facilities.
Good location, in quiet area, but close to busy street. Gorgeous garden, delicious breakfasts. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice hot shower. AC works well. Kettle and rubbish bin for bathroom got by request. Staff is nice and solving problems quickly. Room has safe box, mini fridge, TV. Daily cleaning during your breakfast
Nobody checked the room before our arrival: bed linen full of yellow spots, dusty night stands, floor in the bathroom and room window needed better cleaning, bathroom door handle was loose and didnt work properly, but they fixed it fast.

Great location. Fantastic staff. So honest.I left some money in the safe. They contacted me to inform me, even before I realised it was missing.
There was no hot water in the unit and no plug for the dink to shave.
The pool is amazing!! It feels like a little oasis. Also breakfast and breakfast area next to the pool was very nice. The room is pretty basic (I would choose this hotel again for the facilities not the room). And the staff is the best! So sweet and welcoming. And a water dispenser in the room was great! For us a perfect place to adjust after a long flight.
The location is quite a walk from the beach, because the beach only has a few entrances. But close to the hotel there are nice restaurants such as Coconut Tree and Lilla. And grab (taxi) works well if you want to get to the beach easily. So for us this worked fine!
