The location was perfect and we loved the ocean views. Extremely comfortable beds and we cannot complain, our family was very happy staying here.

The room
I notated with the front desk, my dinner reservation, and my waiter that NYE was my 10 yesr anniversary. The waiter was rude. Our celebratory champagne glasses were filled as deep as my thumb. Despite informing the staff 3 different ways about this anniversary, we received an F U glass of wine. It would have been better to not serve us at all than to bring basically empty glasses to the table, just like leaving one dollar in quarters as a tip is ruder than not tipping at all. Clearly, he heard as discussing how terribly memorable serving us empty glasses was because he came over and filled our glasses up halfway (still with a bad attitude) after we took our single sip of champagne. I have never seen anyone serve a 90% empty glass of wine in my life. I planned a very sweet anniversary dinner. Our waiter made it memorably bad with his terrible attitude and poor service.
Literally everything. Location was perfect, valet and front desk staff were amazing and efficient, common areas were well kept and clean (even through a rainstorm!) and the room was peaceful, clean and inviting.
