Room was great.
Surprise fees not explained. There are fees that are charged daily, that you receive a credit for food and room service. So I was charged, but missed out on using because it was not explained at check in. They should be up front and charge a flat price.
The location and overall quality of the hotel are excellent.
I did not get the room I thought I was paying for. The bathtub was broken (fixed after a handyman visit) and the TV did not work (was never fixed). I was surprised.
Beautiful . Good atmosphere. Nice staff. Good location
The worst 5 star hotel Ive ever stayed in. Arrogant staff and unwilling to help!
The room was lovely
Well, it's the most expensive??? Hotel in NYC so we expected more. It's basically a tourist attraction... so busy with sightseers, dirty red carpet at entrance, service was only so so. Not worth the money. Of course, if you have money to throw away go right ahead....
Good location. Some concierge staff were great
Reception staff were rude and unhelpful some male concierge staff equally rude. This is not a 5star hotel its glory has long since faded. Very disappointing and expensive stay.
The only thing was I had booked a massage two months prior and they didnt have my reservation
