It was great to see the falls from room and I liked it.
Everything was satisfactory.
The viewing was good the room was okay there was clean bedding ect
What I didn't like was that for a big hotel like Marriott the discription as mentioned in my bookings was incorrect there was nothing to watch on the TV all there were only 39 channels on the so-called TV in which 3/4 of them was news channels and none of them were CP24 no Netflix no YouTube just an old LED LG TV on the wall I had was to watch movies on my phone for the time I was was there not sure if I'll ever go back again, and not only that for the payment plan after it says on the Booking.com app pay at property I then got an email one day before my arrival that I should pay the full amount for my booking or else the hotel may cancel my booking I then went online with the app. I paid the full amount for my reservation with my debit card and upon my arrival at the hotel I was instructed to pay with my credit card again at the in whe clerk at the counter who ran my card. Again after I told her I already paid for my reservation in full however it didn't stop there after collecting the keys to our room and we went into the room I understand that there was no bathtubin in the bathroom as mentioned in my booking I must say I have been to Several hotels in Niagara like Whyndam and Radison ect and this is my worst-case scenario Marriott I am so disappointed
