The breakfast was good. The location was serene. The staff were simply amazing.

The air conditioning system. It was not cooling sometimes.

It was clean and central enough for me to move around easily

Breakfast was elaborate and very good, rooms were very comfortable and clean, location is excellent right in the city center. All amenities such as Banks, ATM Machines, Taxis, restaurants and lounges all withing the same vicinity. Check in protocols were also seamless.

There was no buffet for lunch and dinner. Only breakfast was served buffet style

I e stayed here before, its clean and the facilities are ok.

The staff! The service was exceptionally bad. There was an electrical fire in my room and it took an hour for someone to attend to me let alone for maintenance to arrive and make sure that everything was ok. I didnt receive an official apology from management and I was thoroughly disappointed in their response to what could have been a fatal incident.

Location and breakfast was okay

That I had to share a cab with a stranger on my way to the airport after paying 25dollars and I wasnt told

Very friendly staff

Confirmed arrival time and pick from airport and no one was there. Got to hotel and have me wrong wrong as they could find booking. No aircon all week and its was very hot. Changed rooms twice but there seemed to be problems with electrical sockets not working or the room fridge. Then there was the issue of lack of towels, staff cleaning room taking them (despite leaving card to reuse them) and not replacing them.

A comfortable hotel with wonderful panoramic city view and friendly and helpful staff. We first checked in to the room with balcony, what we originally chose. The balcony is not the type I like and it faces the side of the city that has less of a view. Because I've stayed in this hotel before, I know that there are rooms that give you a 180 degree city view, so we asked to change room. Not only did the staff agree to our request, they also showed us two different rooms to make sure we like it before we moved! (room number 03-08 ish, on a higher floor, will give you that view i.e. 703-708, 803-808 etc.) Room service was delivered within 10 mins (ordered drinks only). Really helpful and friendly staff (who remembered us by names!) who are happy to accommodate requests, to make sure that guests are happy. Room is clean and tidy, a nice regular business hotel. Sound proof is wonderful! can't hear any noise at all and slept like a baby. Love the rooftop bar as well which also gives a wonderful view. Music was a bit too loud but they turned it down when we asked. Also like the location - we can easily walk to other upscale hotels for dinner but also a few mins from the 'messier' part of town that gives you a better sense of local life.

Could have provided a few more smaller towels (face/hand towels) in the shower.
